CarolinaTaekwondo’s adult class offers a full body workout that includes cardio training, stretching and weight training (using body weight or light weights only). Working out with the group, we motivate each other to push beyond the mental and physical limits we once thought of as barriers. Taekwondo is not your normal boring gym exercise.
Adult only or Family classes focus on self defense and physical conditioning while incorporating the Code of Honor: Integrity, Courtesy, Self Control, Perseverance and Indomitable Spirit.
